Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS or chat message. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

MuggPrincess‑shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact us if this happens.

Address Errors

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
